NOT OUT! Saif Ali Khan hasn’t been replaced by Sidharth Malhotra in Navdeep Singh’s film

After Hrs was the first to tell you about Saif Ali Khan and Aanand L Rai joining hands for a film, which will be helmed by NH10 director Navdeep Singh. Set against the backdrop of the Battle Of Buxar, it will have Saif playing the commander-in-chief of the Mughal imperial army. 

Recently, there were reports that the Chef actor had been replaced by Sidharth Malhotra. While there has been no official confirmation on the same, we have learnt that this news is untrue.

Says a source close to the actor, “Saif is still very much a part of the film. He has definitely not walked out or been replaced. He will soon start prepping and shoot for it next year.” Guess the rumours can rest now! We tried reaching out to Navdeep but he did not respond.
