The actor who has been working for 18 hours a day to make up for the lost time on the sets of Vipul Shah's film reunited with his family back home.The actor played host to Boney Kapoor, Janhvi and Khushi. Newlyweds Mohit Marwah and Antra Motiwala were also spotted leaving Arjun's residence later that evening.
Earlier, Arjun's sister Anshula hosted Janhvi Kapoor's birthday dinner at her residence when the entire Kapoor Khandaan turned up for quite celebrations for her 21st birthday.
Arjun Kapoor has been a pillar of strength for his father as the family mourns Sridevi's demise. As per a Bollywood Life report, the actor had requested 'Namaste England' producer, Vipul Shah to give him a break of seven days after Sridevi’s sudden demise. “Arjun had to take leave for about 7 days to be beside his dad and family. He had to ensure everyone was doing okay. Arjun knew that the entire production crew was waiting in Punjab for him and he had to finish off a week’s backlog as soon as he hits the sets. He spoke to Vipul and informed him that he will be doing 18-hour shifts to make up for lost time!” The actor is now back to acting and is fulfilling his commitments to his films. He is also making sure he spends enough time with his family," a source told Bollywood Life.
Sridevi passed away on February 24 due to accidental drowning in the bathtub of the hotel she was staying in Dubai. She was brought to Mumbai after three days and on the fourth day, after a formal condolence meet, Sridevi was cremated with state honours. Arjun was there by his family's side and reports are even abuzz that the actor is considering moving back into his father's home. He is protective about his half-sisters, Khushi and Janhvi and doesn't want to leave them alone in the tough times.
