After the tear-jerker Neerja, Phantom Films to now give a comical take on hijack with 'High Jack'

2016's critically acclaimed film 'Neerja' starring Sonam Kapoor, revived memories of the 32 years old incident of hijack of a Pan AM flight in Karachi. Now, exactly 2 years later Phantom Films is all set to present a comical take on hijacking with its film 'High Jack'.

While the life touching story of Neerja Bhanot made the cine-goers shed tears, High Jack will make the audience go through a laughter ride throughout the film. India's first stoner comedy 'High Jack' showcases hijacking situation where the passengers hilariously end up drinking spiked beverages.

The recently released trailer which showcases some madcap scenes and a unique concept, all happening in the sky has garnered love and appreciation from across the quarters. High Jack marks the entry of Viu, the leading international OTT video service, into films.  

The film stars an ensemble cast featuring Sumeet Vyas, Sonnalli Sehgal, Mantra, Sarthak Kakar, Kumud Mishra, Radhika Bangia, Priyanshu Painyuli and Adhaar Khurana. 

Produced by Phantom films in association with Viu, High Jack directed by Akarsh Khurana is slated to release on April 20, 2018.
