After Kriti Sanon, has Disha Patani opted out of Mohit Suri's film opposite Aditya Roy Kapur?

DNA After Hrs was the first to report that the director-producer Mohit Suri had locked Aditya Roy Kapoor for his next film but the hunt for the leading lady has been on for a while now.

Recently, the buzz was that Kriti Sanon and Aditya will mostly be paired opposite each other in Mohit’s directorial venture. But now as per a report in Mumbai Mirror, Kriti has opted out of the film as she has signed Housefull 4 opposite Akshay Kumar. 

The report further suggested that after Kriti decided to move out, the makers approached Disha Patani to star opposite Aditya. But sadly, it didn’t materialise too as Disha wanted to concentrate on her big-budget South film Sanghamitra post the success of her last cinematic outing, Baaghi 2 alongside Tiger Shroff.

Apparently, the film will feature another male lead too along with Aditya. As per our source, “It’s a love triangle between a girl and two boys. The hunt for the other male lead is on. They have also spoken to a few young actors and once they get a confirmation, they will announce the film.”

Reportedly, the film is slated to go on floors in the next few months.
