The third edition of Art-e-fair that was inaugurated on Friday saw various artists from across the country showcasing their work. This year, the three-day fair also brings work of princesses across the country.

Khushboo Sukhbir Bagga, founder of Petal Foundation and curator of Art-e-fair, said, "This year we have three shows. One is where we have tried to see Gandhi's interpretation in present times through eyes of artists. Second is on heritage. The third is a princess of Jaipur displaying her art work."

Petal Foundation has joined hands with Notability for Ability, where it will also support their cause during the art fair.

The highlight of the fair is the art work of Padma Shri artist Paresh Maity's which was unveiled on Friday.

20-yr-old from Bhavnagar exhibits her stain proof rugs collection at the fair:
Twenty-year-old Meghna Dholakia from Bhavnagar had seen her mother being extremely careful with Kashmiri carpets. She says, "We had three dogs in the house and my parents would always be very possessive about the carpets. Hence, I wanted to develop a luxurious product which is manageable. So, I developed rugs using manmade leather that are dust proof, stain proof and odour proof."
