HR consultancy firm Aon Hewitt has tied up with IIM Bangalore to launch a programme that aims to build HR leaders.
"The Next Generation CHRO programme endeavours to expand the talent pool of CHROs in India by addressing such critical capability gaps," Aon Hewitt CEO India Sandeep Chaudhary said.
The programme focuses on preparing for future readiness, by driving HR transformation and shaping the CHRO agenda.
Throughout the six-month journey, senior Aon Hewitt practitioners will mentor participants to create a transformative impact in their organisation's HR function.

British Council ties up with UCL Institute for online course * The British Council and UCL Institute of Education, UK, have developed a free online course for teachers willing to explore new ways to develop their skills and knowledge.
This massive open online course (MOOC) available via the FutureLearn platform has been specifically designed for the needs of teachers in India, particularly those teaching in English or who teach English as a subject.
"...we firmly believe by leveraging digital solutions with high quality content we can facilitate a positive change in teachers both from India and around the world working together to improve their teaching and the learning outcomes for their students," Alan Gemmell, British Council Director India, said.
