Adopt ethical practices and have more human traits is the message of Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar for young doctors entering the medical profession.

"You should go for ethical practices in your profession and perform the duty with passion. Like a teacher only that doctor is remembered and honoured who behaves humanly and who has more human traits. So he gets respect from everyone," Javadekar said during the 7th Convocation Day of Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital here today.

"A doctor can earn quiet sufficiently in a practice being ethical as it will definitely return him with lot of satisfaction and good amount of living," he added.

The HRD Minister also called upon the young doctors to come up for the service for the nation as a soldier keeping in mind even the smallest contribution made by a layman.

135 Students were conferred upon PG degrees in different disciplines.
