Amit Shah gives party cadre clarion call to prepare for polls

BJP National President Amit Shah gave a clarion call to BJP party cadre to prepare for the upcoming Assembly elections while addressing Navashakthi Samavesha, at Kulkunda near Subrahmanya of Dakshina Kannada district on Tuesday morning.  

He asked party workers to strive towards victory. BJP workers have the capacity to ensure that the BJP wins the election.

"Nine workers from each booth have assembled here. There is no anti-BJP people in Sullia Assembly constituency," he said.  

Further he said "the upcoming Assembly election is not restricted to Karnataka alone. Through victory, we want the "lotus to blossom" in South India.

The Congress has lost in Maharashtra, Haryana, Jharkhand, Kashmir, Assam, Goa, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh. We want BJP to win in Karnataka."  

Earlier, Shah visited Kukke Subrahmanya Temple.   Later, he met Vidyaprasanna seer of Samputa Narasimha Mutt. No Ashlesha Bali pooja was performed at the temple. He only had the darshan of the deity and offered a special pooja at the temple.  

Owing to his ill health, there was delay in the programme.  

Shah reached Kukke Subrahmanya Temple at 10 pm on Monday. He was offered a warm welcome through Kerala Chende at the Adishesha guest house.  

BJP National Organising Secretary Santhosh, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel were present.
