Cong indulging in minorities' appeasement, vote bank politics: Shah

Last Updated 20 February 2018, 10:02 IST

BJP National President Amit Shah said that the Congress-led government in Karnataka was indulging in appeasement of minorities and vote-bank politics.

"Hindu activists are being killed. When the Yeddyurappa government comes to power in the elections, those responsible for the killings will be caught and punished," Shah assured.

Shah said that the Navashakti Yatra would win the election for BJP in Karnataka.

"BJP is very different from other parties. It wins through galvanization of the party. This fact is probably unknown to poll forecasters. PM Narendra Modi's welfare programs and booth-level BJP workers will be the factors for victory in the polls this year," Shah said

"You have to remain committed in order to root out Siddaramaiah's corrupt government. There are several temples in this region that the Congress government wants to control. You beware," Shah added.
