Sharath shines in Sri Kumaran's victory

 Sharath shone with a five-wicket haul while Saideep’s similar effort went in vain as Sri Kumaran’s Children School recorded a two-wicket win over Dev-In National School in the KSCA Cup Group I, Divison III under-16 inter-school cricket tournament here.

Batting first, Dev-In could muster only 109 all out in 29.4 overs. Sharath was the main wicket-taker with figures of 5/33 for Sri Kumaran’s. Shravan (2/11) and Vinay BC (2/34) claimed two wickets apiece.

In reply, Sri Kumaran’s laboured their way to 110/8 only Vinay BC putting up a dogged fight with his unbeaten 73. For Dev-In, Saideep shone with 5/21 while Anand contributed with three wickets (3/54).
