BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa’s counsel moved a memo in the High Court of Karnataka to hear the petitions seeking quashing FIRs filed against him by the Anti Corruption Bureau.
The ACB has filed two FIRs against the former chief minister in a land denotification case pertaining to Shivaram Karanth Layout. The matter has been listed to be heard before Justice Aravind Kumar on Tuesday.
