JOIN USTV serial actor and Big Boss winner Pratham obtained bail on Monday after a complaint of assault was registered against him by his co-actor at the Thalaghattapura police station on Sunday night.
Pratham, in a scuffle with Bhuvan Ponnanna, had not only assaulted him but also bit the latter on his thighs, the latter alleged in his complaint.
According to the police, Ponnanna had intervened when Pratham abused a woman co-actor of the serial ‘Sanju Mattu Naanu’.
Ponnanna approached the police on Sunday night and registered a complaint of assault. Pratham, who came into limelight after winning the Kannada reality show, had been booked under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, the police said.
Ponnanna, who arrived at the police station on Monday to give his statement, claimed that Pratham had been misbehaving during the shoots over the past two months.
