Opt for centre of your choice for NEET

Students taking National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test (NEET) in May can opt for the city of examination of their choice afresh till March 31 midnight. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday extended the last date for filling the revised choice of examination cities.

It also notified its decision to add Nanded district of Maharashtra in the revised list of examination cities released last week. “The date of revising the option for centre cities has been extended till March 31, 2017. Nanded (Maharashtra) has also been added in the existing list of the examination cities,” the school board said in a statement.

The CBSE increased the number of cities from 80 to 103 for holding the entrance test last week. “Candidates can log on to the NEET website, http://cbseneet.nic.in for revising their option of cities chosen earlier. The list of cities of examination stands modified accordingly,” the CBSE said.
