JOIN USBigg Boss Kannada runner-up ‘Kirik’ Keerthi has lodged a complaint against two unidentified men who manhandled him on Friday night over a trivial row. The incident occurred on the Bangalore University campus road near Nagarbhavi around 10.15 pm.
According to the police, Keerthi was driving from Mysuru towards his house in Hebbal and had to pass through the campus road.
Since the road was narrow due to construction work, he had to honk as two men in a vehicle were blocking the road. The men got irked and picked a quarrel with Keerthi.
According to the complaint lodged by Keerthi, the two men smashed his car’s windshield and hurled abuses at him. When the actor got out of the car, they manhandled him.
Bystanders recognised the actor and informed the police. The police rushed to the spot and picked up the two men who were drunk. They were taken for a medical examination.
Keerthi lodged a complaint with Jnanabharathi police who registered an FIR and arrested the two men.
