The BBMP commissioner N Manjunatha Prasad suspended six BBMP officials and repatriated the joint commissioner of Rajarajeshwarinagar zone Dr Veerabhadrappa for issuing khata to 14 persons illegally.
The officials had bifurcated khata to 35 flats in Ideal Homes at Rajarajeshwarinagar Nagar though these properties did not have commencement and occupation certificates.
Assistant revenue officers Ramamurthy and Mahesh, second grade assistant Punith, revenue inspectors Venkatesh, Thimmappa and P Narayanaswamy have been suspended.
