Judges assume office

 Former judge of the Karnataka Lokayukta Special Court N K Sudhindra Rao and district court judge H B Prabhakara Sastry were appointed and sworn in as the additional judges to the Karnataka High Court on Tuesday.

Justice Rao was serving as the registrar (recruitment) in the Karnataka High Court and Justice Sastry was serving as the presiding officer at the Karnataka State Transport Appellate Tribunal.
