HGS scouts for acquisitions to expand

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a part of the Hinduja Group, is eyeing acquisitions to expand its presence in its existing geographies.

“We are always open to acquisitions in the healthcare and digital space. The acquisitions, if we find the right fit, will be in geographies where we are already present. The Carribean and Latin America could be some of the preferred locations,” HGS CEO Partha DeSarkar said.
