Dongre is acting VC of UoM

Governor Vajubhai Vala has appointed Prof Yeshwanth Dongre as the acting vice chancellor of University of Mysore (UoM).

Prof Dongre has been appointed the acting VC as Prof K S Rangappa retired as the VC on January 10. Prof Dongre is Dean and Head of the department of Commerce at the Hassan campus of University of Mysore. He will be acting VC till a new vice chancellor is appointed or till he remains as Dean, official sources said.a
