The one-man commission of enquiry appointed by the government to probe into the circumstances and events leading to the unnatural death of DySP M K Ganapathy will function from the fifth floor of Cauvery Bhavan, Karnataka Housing Board Complex, KG Road, Bengaluru.
The government has appointed retired Karnataka High Court judge, justice K N Keshavanarayana, to enquire into the death of Ganapathy.
Ganapathy was found hanging in a Madikeri lodge on July 7, following which a complaint was filed by his family in the Madikeri Town Police station alleging foul play.
