Dentsu Aegis buys Perfect Relations Group

Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired Perfect Relations Group, one of the largest public relations (PR) groups in India, to become a member of Dentsu Aegis Network India, retaining its branding.

While the two companies did not disclose the size of the transaction, the acquisition will strengthen Dentsu Aegis Network’s overall communications offering in this rapidly growing market. Perfect Relations Group Managing Director Dilip Cherian, and Chief Executive Officer Pradeep Kewalramani, will be joining the Dentsu Aegis leadership team, and report to Dentsu Aegis Network South Asia Chairman and CEO Ashish Bhasin, Dentsu Aegis said.

Perfect Relations Group services Fortune 500 companies including Coca-Cola, Nokia, Airtel, and Honda, across diverse sectors.
