Vallabh does star turn for Sri Vani Public School

Vallabh scored a century as Sri Vani Public School, ICSE tied their game against Sri Kumaran’s Children Home, CBSE in the KSCA Cup under-16 Group I, III Division tournament for schools.

Batting first, Sri Kumaran’s lads scored 256 all out in 45.5 overs, thanks largely to Abhiram (75).

Ritunjay (43) and Gaurav (40) too made valuable contributions while Karthik (5/57) was the pick of the bowlers for Sri Vani.

Vallabh then slammed 106 and team-mate Arvind too contributed with valuable 85 as Sri Vani lads too were bowled for the same score in 47.3 overs.

Sri Jnanakshi Vidyaniketan: 123 all out in 35.2 overs (Tanuj 32; Akshan Rao 3-37, Niraj A Kinnal 2-28, Rishab Prabhu 2-18) lt to National Public School, B-10: 124 for no loss in 14.4 overs (Akshan Rao 60 n.o., Prateek G 47 n.o.).

Sri Chaitnaya Techno School, B-20: 186 all out in 39.4 overs (Prithvi V 91, Adesh Somanna 26 n.o.; Abhay Mishra 4-8, Vivek V 2-19) lt to BGS National Public School: 187/7 in 42.3 overs (Shubhanshu 35, Rishab Jain 33, Aditya Udupa 45 n.o.; Akshay Desai 2-45, Sachin BM 3-32).

St Germain High School: 221 all out in 44.2 overs (Benedict Vineet 72, Sujith 27; Omega DG Son 2-30, Chetan Reddy 2-16, Sujay 2-34) bt Sri Chaitanya Techno School, JP Nagar: 196 all out in 45 overs (Shreyas Reddy 30, Chetan Reddy 40, Nischal 39; Gaurav 5-20, Venkatesh 3-35).
