After spending 22 days in judicial custody, K Marigowda, prime accused in the case of intimidation of previous DC C Shikha, got the bail on Thursday.
The Seventh Additional District Court granted conditi-onal bail to Marigowda and hi-s associate Manjunatha, who was arrested much before Ma-rigowda surrendered. Marig-owda’s counsel C M Jagadish presented his arguments befo-re judge Chandrashekar, who granted conditional bail and sought a bond for Rs 1 lakh an-d surety of two government employees, and directed the accused to be present before Nazarbad police on Saturdays.
