Aryan, Reshma clinch singles title

Top seed Aryan Ashwath Pathange and third-seeded Reshma Maruri emerged champions in the boys’ and girls’ singles categories respectively in the KSLTA-AITA under-16 Talent Series which concluded at the KSLTA courts here on Friday.

Aryan, in a close tussle, rallied to beat the fourth-seeded Deepak A 5-7, 6-4, 6-1 in the boys’ singles final.

Reshma defeated second seed Naisha Srivastav 6-3, 2-6, 6-1.  
Nithin N Reddy and Praneeth beat Ashutosh and Sudhirth 6-2, 6-3 to bag the boys’ doubles title.

Doubles: Nithin N Reddy/Praneeth bt Ashutosh/Sudhirth 6-2, 6-3.
