The High Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of the criminal petition filed by IPS officers Pronab Mohanty and A M Prasad. Justice H Billappa adjourned the hearing of the petition to Thursday.
The IPS officers have sought directions from the court to set aside the Madikeri court order which had directed the police to register an FIR and conduct investigation into the abetment of suicide by DySP M K Ganapathi.
