The CBI has questioned former Madhya Pradesh minister Laxmikant Sharma and Dhanraj Yadav, OSD to the then governor Ram Naresh Yadav, in connection with the Vyapam scam.
Official sources said the agency has recently recorded their statements and are verifying their claims. There are plans to question them again to seek further clarifications. After his arrest, Sharma was expelled by the BJP in June 2014.
