Batting first, City were spurred by Deepak’s 113 and Kiran’s 44 as they posted a modest 244 all out in 49 overs. Kushal Rao starred with the ball for Young Challenging CC as he picked up 4/41.
In response, Young Challenging CC found it hard to get going and folded for 158 in 42.2 overs.
Deepak was wrecker-in-chief for City bagging 4/48 while he was ably backed by Vibeet (2/22) and Samarth (2/21) in giving City a comprehensive 86-run victory.
