IIMB's first-ever alumni leadership summit in Dec

The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will organise its first-ever Alumni Leadership Conclave, IIMBUE, from December 11 to 13.

A number of well-known personalities such as Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw of Biocon, Azim Premji of Wipro and sports icons such as Vijay Amritraj, Anil Kumble and actor Kabir Bedi are expected to attend the leadership conclave. “IIMBUE will bring together IIMB alumni, students, world-class thinkers and achievers over a weekend of stimulating discussions,” said Shaw, who is also the Chairperson of the IIMB Board of Governors. An official website of the summit, www.iimbue.com, was launched on Wednesday, declaring the event open for registration.

Prof Vasanthi Srinivasan, Chairperson, IIMB Alumni Affairs, said: “IIMBUE will serve as a wonderful platform for our alumni to actively engage with their alma mater. IIMBUE will be the perfect occasion to celebrate the spirit of being an alumni of this truly great institution.”
