CBI will bring out truth behind Ravi's death: Gowda

 JD (S) national president H D Deve Gowda believes the CBI will dig out the truth behind the mysterious death of IAS officer D K Ravi.

Speaking to reporters at his party’s new office here on Tuesday, Gowda said political parties should not speculate on Ravi’s death but wait for the CBI investigation to get over.

“It has always been the two national parties which have misused the CBI. I am sure Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Rajnath Singh will not interfere in the CBI investigation of D K Ravi case,” he said, claiming that the JD(S) never speculated on the CBI probe. Personally, Gowda said, he never endorsed slogans like ‘Chor Bachao Institution’ (CBI) raised by the BJP during the UPA government.

Meanwhile, the JD(S) will build its head office at the space given to it at the cost of Rs three crore. Until then, it will operate out of a temporary office to be inaugurated on Thursday.
