IIMB culture connect

The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) is starting a monthly talk series titled ‘IIMB Culture Connect’ from this month onwards with an aim to expose students to liberal arts and culture, and in the process develop an appreciation for the same.

A number of well-known personalities such as writers, artists, playwrights, film makers and musicians, will be invited to speak to students and share their creative journey. Well-known Kannada film maker Girish Kasaravalli will inaugurate the programme on October 25.

The talk will be followed by the screening of a documentary on the late Jnanapith awardee Prof U R Ananthamurthy that has been  directed by Kasaravalli.
