JOIN USRiders from the Equestrian Centre for Excellence (ECE), Bangalore, came up with a fine performance at the Equestrian Premier League 2014 on Saturday, securing the top position in both the show jumping (open category) events of the day.
While Nitin Gupta, riding Valentino, secured the top spot in the 105cm category, Shambavi Ajila (astride Zoe) secured the top spot in the 115cm category.
Besides riders from ECE, competitors from Embassy International Riding School, Bangalore, Chennai Equestrian Centre and My Pony Club, Chennai, battled it out for the top spot.
Sunday will see riders compete in the 60cm and 80cm (open and children category), 105cm (junior and open category), 110cm and 115cm (adult and open category), 120cm to 125cm (open category).
A dressage test (walk and trot) has also been included this year to help beginners get a feel of the competition.
