We all know how hush-hush Shahid Kapoor was about his wedding, but turns out not much has changed even after the actor has tied the knot. At a press conference for his film Shaandaar, a journalist congratulated Shahid on his nuptials and asked him what was the most shaandaar gift he had received. At this point, co-star Alia interrupted to say, “One minute, one minute. Sir, I would like to say something. Shahid’s wedding is over and the only shaadi we will talk about (right now) is the one that’s happening in my film.”
When the journalist persuaded, a miffed Alia yelled, “No”. Shahid just smiled and asked everybody to be cautious of Alia. Producer Karan Johar on his part, to ease the tension said, “Alia was packed and sent to Shahid’s wedding.”
This was Shahid’s first media interaction after the wedding barring a photo-op in Delhi. We wonder what’s keeping the actor so tight-lipped now that the wedding is done.
