Exclusive: Katrina Kaif upset with Sidharth Malhotra over his comment of ‘looking like her junior on screen’

Mumbai: The film 'Kal Jisne Dekha' has not even gone on floors and a minor tiff has already occurred between the two leading actors. Nitya Mehra is all set to start shooting her debut film starring Sidharth and Katrina. The two are all set to take off to London next month for their first schedule.

But things haven’t started too well between the two actors who will be working with each other for the first time. Sidharth while speaking to a daily perhaps got way too carried away while expressing his excitement to work with Katrina Kaif. In an interview, he was quoted in Mumbai Mirror saying, “I watched Katrina's films in college. Hope I won't look like a junior on screen.”

Ouch. This comment didn’t go down well with Katrina Kaif. She was very upset that being a romantic love story how could an actor make a passing comment like this before the shooting. People look forward to watching an interesting chemistry between two actors and not try to figure the age difference. And definitely an actor need not blurt that out in the open even if he is stuck in his head over how he would look on screen with Katrina.

Let’s hope the two are at peace on the first day of the shoot.
