Mithun Chakraborty hospitalised for regular check: Mimoh clears air

Mumbai: Mithun Chakraborty was taken to Raksha hospital in Kandivali on May 17, 2015 around 4:30 in the morning. According to several reports, Mithun complained of fever and vomiting and was therefore rushed to the hospital where he was kept under observation. However, he was dicharged from ospital at around 6 am and later shifted to another one as he complained of severe stomach ache.

In a quote to Mid-day, Dr Ankur said, "Yes he was admitted at the hospital. He complained of stomach ache and fever. He came in around 4:30 am and was discharged around 6 am. They have taken a transfer to another hospital."

However later Mithun's son, Mimoh cleared the air, "He is absolutely fine now. We went to the hospital yesterday for a routine check-up... which is from head to toe. Doctors suggested doing it in the hospital and my mother is very particular about health. We took discharge today and he is fine," Mimoh told PTI.
