Salman Khan to record a song for Sooraj Pancholi's debut film

The song will feature both Sooraj and Athiya Shetty

Mumbai: After lending his vocals to the hit song ‘Hangover’ in Kick, Salman Khan is all set to record yet another track in Bollywood. But no, the song will not feature in any of his upcoming films. According to reports, Salman is working on a track for a promotional song that will feature in Sooraj Pancholi’s debut film, which is said to be a remake of Hero.

A source close to the film confirmed the news and told Absolute India, “Salman will be singing one song for the remake of Hero. It will be a promotional song, and he will shoot for it once he is free from his other movie commitments. The song will be a part of the movie as well, and both Sooraj and Athiya will feature in it.”

Previously Salman also made a special appearance in the promotional songs of films like ‘O Teri’ and ‘Fugly’.

Salman has been actively involved in the film’s promotions; he even made edit suggestions for the film’s first look poster. The remake of Hero has been directed by Nikhil Advani and also marks the debut of Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya.
