Mumbai: Divya Khosla Kumar is all set to shoot her next untitled starring Pulkit Samrat, Yami Gautam and Urvashi Rautela in the hills of Himachal Pradesh. The actress-turned-director has been on a reccee since the past few months and has finalised Shyam Negi’s residence as Pulkit’s house in the film. This will be the first film to be shot in his house.
Mr Shyam Negi, 97-year-old man, is among India's oldest voters, and casted his his ballot for the 16th time in the general election held in May 2014. Buzz is that Mr Negi will also have a miniscule role in the film. Divya elaborates, “I fell in love with the house the moment I saw the pictures. Thanks to Mr Negi, luckily, I even managed to get the house for shooting my film. It will be a proud moment to have a house shot in the film which belonged to Independent India’s first voter.”
The movie produced by Bhushan Kumar goes on floors on December 22 and will be shot majorly in the North of India and Canada.
