Roja and her husband live in separate cities because of professional commitments

Hyderabad: Several divorce rumours are doing the rounds of Tollywood. The most recent is that of actress-turned-politician and YSR Congress MLA Roja seeking divorce from her filmmaker husband Selvamani. The rumour spread like wildfire. Responding to the rumours of her divorce, Roja, in a statement, said that she is not seeking divorce from her husband. The actress has also confirmed that the couple was living separately, with Roja living in Hyderabad and Selvamani in Chennai, but said that their marriage has no problems as such and that it was solely due to professional reasons that they were living separately. Roja debuted in Tollywood with the Rajendra Prasad-starrer Prema Thapassu and was introduced to Kollywood by Selvamani.
