Chennai: After Mundasupatti’s success, Vishnu Vishal is all set to entertain audiences with his next film, titled Jeeva, which revolves around a theme dear to him: cricket. Suseendhran, who introduced him with yet another sport-based subject, Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu, is directing the film. Sri Divya plays the female lead.
“This film is about life beyond cricket. Suseendhran sir has woven a script, combining various incidents that take place in the lives of different people. Being a cricketer in real life, I could relate to some of the sequences as well,” says Vishnu. A regular on the Chennai star cricket team, Vishnu feels reel life cricket is different from what he plays on the ground. The film, produced by the Next Big Film and actor Arya’s company, The Show People, has music by Imman.
