Nargis Fakhri and Prashanth
Chennai: Nargis Fakhri seems to be mastering the item number act. After her much-hyped performance in Sallu-starrer Kick, the Bollywood actress was in the city to start shooting for her item song for Saahasam alongside Prashanth. On Tuesday, the Rockstar girl flew down to Chennai straight from Budapest, where she was shooting for her Hollywood film Spy, to shoot for the K-town item number.
Owing to her tight schedule, the plan was to whisk her directly to the huge set erected at Binny Mills for the song. However, Nargis spent a couple of hours touring the city, taking in the sights and sounds. She visited Prashanth Gold Souk at T Nagar, where she was warmly greeted by Thiagarajan.
Nargis will be seen gyrating to the tunes of Thaman, along with 50 Russian and 100 local dancers for the song. According to sources, the peppy number involves some really difficult dance moves, choreographed by none other than the master choreographer, Raju Sundaram. But since Prashanth and Nargis are good dancers, they should be able to pull it off effortlessly. The shooting of this song is likely to be completed over the next one week.
