Four from Kasargod who joined ISIS killed in Afghanistan?

Kasargod, Mar 30: Four persons from Kerala who joined terror organisation Islamic State (IS) have reportedly been killed in Afghanistan, say reports. 

Shihas, his wife Ajmala, their child and Muhammed a native of Trikaripur are the deceased.

Reports say that National Investigation Agency (NIA) has confirmed about the killing to Kerala IGP.

A police intelligence officer here said that they have heard the news but there is no official confirmation from the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

"What we have come to know is that the dead include Shihaz, his wife and their child besides another man. We are awaiting more details," said the official who did not wish to be identified.

With this, the total number of Keralites, killed after joining IS in Afghanistan, has gone up to eight after the NIA last year confirmed the death of four.

Over 20 Keralites who went missing in the Middle East in 2016 are suspected to have joined terror outfit in Syria.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in 2016 said that 21 people, including children, were missing -- 17 persons from Kasargode district and four from Palakkad.

    Very soon Gods own country might change to Devils own country. Some fanatic brain washed and week minded people,spoil the name of peace loving religion. There must be many ISIS recruiters in Kerala who recruit innocent people and send them to Afghanistan and Syria. NIA should catch them and black list them or depot them before it is too late.

    Do you know how they get there? Do they have a passport AND, very importantly, a Visa? While no one may be barred from leaving a country with the proper documentation - perhaps it is a constitutional right - there may be reasons to confiscate a passport if the reason for travel is to join a terror outfit or, like Navi Modi and Vijay Mallya, to skip a country after defrauding. Some countries - including Canada - do that.

    It's suspected. Not confirmed.

    I suspect that they have been abducted by terrorist and got killed.
    Exactly same as ISIS terrorists abducted 39 Indians in Iraq and got killed cold blooded.

    Ahmed, it was ISIS who kidnapped the people, not our External Ministry. So what power you were expecting from the Ministry? Besides, it was in Iraq, not in India. The power should have been from the Iraqi Govt. India tried its best like always it does.

    The 39 Indians went to work in Mosul when the city was under the Iraqi Government. Unfortunately the territory was captured and went into the hands of ISIS. Officials of Indian Govt. can negotiate with their counterparts in Iraq but not with savages.

    Most of people from kasargod are in mangalore than original inhabitants who had taken shelter in mumbai..went for bread n butter and now having burger n pizza.
    In the beginning most of them while in mumbai are stayed in clubs...now shifted to andheri..kalina..borivali..mira road n new mumbai.
