KJO in conversation with Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev


Mumbai, Jun 5 (IANS): Filmmaker Karan Johar had an enlightening conversation with spiritual leader and yogi Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev.

Karan on Sunday shared a photograph of himself with the spiritual leader, who founded the Isha Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation which offers yoga programmes around the world, including India, the US, Britain, Lebanon, Singapore, Canada, Malaysia, Uganda, China, Nepal, and Australia.

"Enlightening 'in conversation' with the mystic Sadhguru JV this morning... Isha Foundation," Karan captioned the image.

The Isha Foundation is also involved in various social and community development activities, which have earned it a special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.

Salman's singing woes

Bollywood star Salman Khan, who has sung songs like "Hangover" and "Main hoon hero tera", says when he sings, technicians lose sleep for several days.

During an video call with select media last week, when an international journalist requested Salman to sing the latest song "Sajan radio" from his upcoming film "Tubelight", Salman quipped: "First of all, I did not sing the song... Let me tell you something, when I sing a song, a lot of hard work goes after that. The technicians stay awake in the studio for days to make it sound perfect".

"Tubelight" is releasing on June 23.

Anupam Kher gets 9 mn Twitter followers

Veteran actor Anupam Kher has garnered nine million followers on Twitter. He has thanked all his fans for their support and warmth.

"Thank you for your love, support, warmth, criticism and appreciation. Interacting with you all is a great learning experience. Love you," Anupam tweeted.

On the acting front, the 61-year-old actor, who was last seen on screen in "Naam Shabana", is currently gearing up for the release of "Toilet: Ek Prem Katha".
