Bengaluru: Mining scam- SIT books cases against Dharam Singh, H D Kumaraswamy

Bengaluru, Apr 6: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing illegal mining in the state on Wednesday April 5, registered cases against former chief ministers N Dharam Singh and H D Kumaraswamy.

SIT also registered cases against 11 serving and retired officers in addition to the cases against former chief ministers.

All these cases were registered as per the direction of the Supreme Court. The apex court had asked the SIT on March 29 to register cases and it had also directed the SIT to complete the probe within 3 months.

Dharam Singh and Kumaraswamy are accused of allowing mining in reserved forest areas in Ballari district.

M Basappa Reddy, Gangaram Baderiya, V Umesh, I Perumal, K S Manjunath, D S Ashwath, Jija Hari Singh, Mahendra Jain, K Srinivas, M Ramappa and Shankarlingaiah are the officials against whom the cases stand registered.

    You people looks lost... some where you are saying let them join BJP and then they will be freed. some where you are saying even Dharam Singh & H D Kumaraswamy will be acquitted ... somewhere you are brining Jaya's name.... I understand your hatred towards BJP , but that doesn't mean you can just pull BJP everywhere. It's not so easy to escape from Law. It may be a temporary relief you may get... but I trust one fine day you will be proved guilty and brought inside the jail. Or else , if money could have saved criminals, Shashikala wouldn't be inside today. Jaya wouldn't have put inside jail... so , let's not mix multiple stuffs here. This is the question on Dharam Singh & H D Kumaraswamy , let them face the law now.

    How all Butchery cases in Gujarat scraped even IPS officer like Banjara gave a strong evidences against NAMO and Amith?

    What about innocent people lost their lives and some of them in a FAKE encounter?

    When Justice will be given to them?

    Do you know how SC stayed investigation against S M Krishna after he joined BJP?
    Jaya is not convict, where is that looted money? Slowly people loosing their faith on Judiciary .

    There are more than 100 names involved in illegal mining, some have already got green signal from the courts asking for evidence and same will follow here.
