World Health Day 2018: Let's focus on eye health, encompass six foods in your diet

On World Health Day, lets focus on issues which cause  macular degeneration (AMD), glaucoma, and cataracts and these problems can be hazardous for eyes. Most of the people don't give much importance to issues related to eyes, hence face serious vision problems. If you take care of your eyes properly, then other organs will also function properly. One must intake food and fruits that are beneficial for their eyesight.

You must include nutrients and rich minerals in your diet to make sure you don't get any eye-sight problem. Nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zinc, and vitamins C and E might help you to get rid of eye-problems.
