Lava, XOLO partner RJio for free voice, data service

Handset makers Lava and XOLO have partnered with Reliance Jio, under which users with 4G devices can get free unlimited 4G data and voice calling for three months from the telecom service provider.

Other companies like Micromax, YU, Panasonic, Alcatel, TCL, Samsung and LG have already announced similar partnerships with Reliance Jio, which is expected to roll out commercial services in the coming months.

"With this partnership, consumers owning all Lava 4G and VoLTE smartphones will be able to enjoy free unlimited 4G data for three months," Lava said in a statement.

The offer is available on all Lava 4G smartphones, including newly launched phones like X81, X50, X38 and A76.

For XOLO, the offer is applicable on all Xolo Black 1X, Xolo era 4K, Xolo era X, Xolo era 4G and upcoming 4G models of XOLO.
