Your hidden talent could nab you two Toy Show tickets

Want to make that childhood dream come true and attend the Late Late Toy Show?

There are two tickets up for grabs thanks to a competition to find the country’s most talented audience members, writes Denise O'Donoghue.

All you need to do to be in with a chance of getting your hands on two golden tickets for Friday, December 1 is make a video showing off your talent and post it to the RTÉ One or Late Late Facebook pages.

You can also post it to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #ToyShowTalent. It’s that simple.

"We’ve seen the kids, they’re great but we haven’t seen you," said Toy Show host Ryan Tubridy.

"You old people in your 20s, 30s, 40s and 90s, we need you to send us footage of you with your Toy Show Talent.

"Anything you do: blow a trumpet, bang a drum, tell a joke, as long as it is half way decent, #ToyShowTalent is all you have to do.

"Send them to us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and you could find yourself in that audience.

"Get busy, get goofy and good luck!"

More than 140,000 people applied for Late Late Toy Show tickets this year. The #ToyShowTalent competition may be your best shot at making sure you’re there on the big night.

So make like a Billie Barry kid and use your talent to get on the Toy Show.

Earlier this year The Late Late Toy Show travelled the country in search of the best of Ireland’s young performers to take part in this year’s programme.
