Returning on the big screen, we will get to see the dusky beauty Chitrangda Singh back in action in the forthcoming popular Tigmanshu Dhulia thriller Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3. Furthermore, taking a step ahead in yet another direction in her filmy career, the actress also took everyone by a surprise by announcing about her foray into production.

With the Sandeep Singh biopic Soorma which marks her debut in production, Chitrangda Singh is planning to produce yet another Bollywood film in collaboration with Anees Bazmee. While her first production features Diljit Dosanjh, Taapsee Pannu and Angad Bedi in prominent roles, her next film will be directed by Abhishek Dogra.

Talking about the film was none other than Anees himself who added, “I had written a story that Chitrangda liked and she thought of producing it I will be overlooking the project. We are still working on the film, which is a dramedy.” However, the other details of the film including casting are yet to be revealed.

The untitled film is slated to go on floor some time in 2018. It will also mark Abhishek Dogra’s third venture as a director after Sonam Kapoor starrer Dolly Ki Doli [2015] and his currently under production film FryDay starring Govinda and Varun Sharma.

As for her acting projects, Chitrangda Singh will also star opposite Saif Ali Khan in Nikkhil Advani’s ambitious production based on the Indian Stock Market, Baazaar.
