It wasn’t long ago before we revealed that Mouni Roy will join the cast in Bulgaria. The team of Brahmastra is currently shooting the mythology based superhero drama there. Mouni, who plays an integral role in the film, has just started shooting. But it seems she is also having a gala time with the team. Her recent social media posts are definitely a proof of the fun bond she shares with her Brahmastra colleagues.
Mouni Roy recently took to Instagram to share some cutesy pictures with her director Ayan Mukerji. She captioned it saying, “#Mera Howard Roark + Lazlo Strange + Young Dumbledore #BestBoy-Friend.” It seems that Mouni, who is still new to the Bollywood industry, already knows her way through as she shares a great camaraderie with many B-townies.
Her debut film Gold will feature her as the wife of superstar Akshay Kumar. And her second film Brahmastra will have her share screen space with the new generation. It features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. While it is yet to be known the kind of role Mouni will play, reports have it that her role will be quite grey shaded in the film.
On the other hand, her Bulgaria trip for Brahmastra seems to be a great combo of work and fun. Furthermore, Mouni can’t stop herself from giving sneak-peeks into the picturesque locations of Bulgaria. Considering the gala time she is having, we wonder if the Naagin actress will return to TV anytime soon. But considering her choices in B-town, we would rather see more of her on the big screen, don’t you agree?
Coming back to Brahmastra, it is Ayan Mukerji’s next outing after Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. It also features Amitabh Bachchan in a prominent role. Produced under the banner Dharma Productions, the film is said to be a trilogy.
