Sajid Nadiadwala goes all out to make action as a major highlight for Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 2 2 : Bollywood News

Talk about Baaghi as a franchise and it is action that immediately comes to the mind. With Sajid Nadiadwala and Tiger Shroff coming together, action went to a different level in Baaghi. There were many action sequences that were highlights of the Sabbir Khan directed film which emerged as a major superhit at the Box Office. Now that Ahmed Khan has picked up the mantle for Baaghi 2, expectations are that there would be something spectacular in the offering yet again.

“Exactly, and this is the next logical thing as well," says an insider, "When it comes to a franchise like Baaghi, action is a must thing. Moreover, Tiger is exemplary when it comes to action. He has shown that time and again, be it Heropanti, Baaghi, A Flying Jatt or Munna Michael. Now that he is coming in Baaghi 2, he has scaled further heights when it comes to action."

That can pretty much be seen with Tiger getting into a Rambo avatar, no less. "Yes, it is no more about punches or kicks; there are guns, choppers and explosions all around as well. Baaghi 2 action is the kind of stuff that is made for the big screen. When the film's script came his way, Sajid Nadiadwala wanted to pepper it with action that complimented the drama and thrills which are integral part of the narrative. His collaboration with Tiger has been very special so far, be it Heropanti or Baaghi. This is their hat-trick film together and Sajid has spared no expenses in making this one truly special," the insider adds.

Fortunately for Sajid Nadiadwala and Tiger Shroff, the director on board was Ahmed Khan who also lived similar vision as them. "Ahmed has been a prolific choreographer for over the years but let's not forget that his directorial outings like Lakeer and Fool n Final have been action affairs as well," a close associate of the filmmaker adds, "The kind of subject that Baaghi 2 has carries ample scope for action. Being an action junkie himself, Ahmed was mighty excited about bringing something totally new and unseen in Baaghi 2. Tiger has a natural flair for martial arts and with Sajid providing all the resources that were needed to project the hardcore action for the audiences, Ahmed had the best of both worlds available at his disposal."

With the film releasing this Friday, all eyes are now on how it all plays on the big screen. Baaghi 2 starring Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani is releasing on March 30, 2018.
