Jacqueline Fernandez’s Instagram posts never fail to surprise or awe her fans. Her uploads are a healthy mix of hot and cute pictures and her fitness videos can’t be missed at any cost. Last week, she posted a video showing her do a sexy pole dance. And now she has come up with her best fitness video that has astonished everyone like never before.

The video features Jacqueline Fernandez doing headstand but that’s not all. She also does a cool walk upside down. She goofs up a bit but no complaints as what she manages to attain is a huge achievement in itself. A cute touch is added in the video thanks to Jacqueline’s pet cat that is seen strolling around. The feline is oblivious to the feat what Jacqueline is achieving around her!

The caption of the video gives an idea that Jacqueline Fernandez was on a liquid diet and she performed the exercise at the end of the diet regimen. She felt happy that despite her cravings, she was able to do the headstand. Her full caption is, “So it's the end of my 7 day juice cleanse!! I did the master cleanse for 3 days and the fibre cleanse for the remaining 4 days (2 soups included) I obviously had cravings and felt super hungry at times (missed coffee a lot????) but realised that we have a lot more will power than we know! It's an amazing way to reconnect with your inner voice! I had so much energy today I've been wanting to do a shoutout to an amazing inspiration of mine @yellabella for her amazing work in yoga anywhere anytime (ignore my goof ups????)!! @rawpressery thanks for the juices!”

Even actresses Alia Bhatt and Sonakshi Sinha have shared their headstand postures but the video of Jacqueline, featuring her cool moves, ‘stands out’.

On the film front, Jacqueline Fernandez will have three releases in the next one year. The first one is A Gentleman with Sidharth Malhotra. This actioner is directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK and releases on August 25. Then on September 29, she will be seen in David Dhawan’s comic caper Judwaa 2 along with Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu. Her third release would be Drive, a remake of the Hollywood film of the same name. Starring Sushant Singh Rajput as the main lead, it is directed by Tarun Mansukhani. And that’s not all, she is also a part of Remo Dsouza’s next, featuring supertar Salman Khan.
