The tenth edition of the prestigious Masala! Awards 2017 concluded on a high spirit last night at the Bollywood Parks, Dubai Parks and Resort. Boasted to be the only platform that honours both Indian and Pakistani achievers on one stage, this multi-cultural fiesta witnesses the most starry turnout each year. The Masala! Awards have gained an undeniably growing reputation of honouring individuals from varied fields like business, fashion, philanthropy and arts. Needless to say, Indian and Pakistani celebs made sure to turn up the glamour quotient with their dazzling style game. Among the ones that made heads turn included Sridevi, Arjun Rampal, Mahira Khan, Mawra Hocane, Saba Qamar.

Sridevi

Bollywood’s ageless diva, Sridevi donned an exquisite sequined Manish Malhotra creation replete with a dupatta. Subtle makeup and sans accessories, Sridevi cut out an elegant picture as she picked up the Best Actress Award.

Arjun Rampal

The heartthrob ditched the red carpet staple suit and channelled an uber-cool yet formal vibe wearing a crisp white shirt tucked neatly into tailored pants with a tie and a pair of formal shoes rounding out the look.

Mahira Khan

The Raees actress looked nothing less than stunning as she pulled off a bright Rami Al Ali strapless gown with a serpenti diamond Bvlgari necklace. Sleek pulled back hair with minimal makeup rounded out her minimal chic look. She walked away winning the Asian Woman of substance Award.

Mawra Hocane

The Pakistani diva donned a dramatic voluminous gown from Michael Cinco with her hair pulled back in a slick wavy ponytail. Steering clear of accessories, Mawra sported minimal makeup, courtesy Rajan Khokar and was styled by celeb fashion stylist Rao Ali Khan. Mawrah bagged the Social Media Sensation Award.

Saba Qamar

Hindi Medium actress, Saba Qamar picked up the Breakthrough Performance of the Year Award wearing a Shehla Chatoor black and white down and accessorised her look with bracelet from Miraas, earrings and ring from Vesimi along with a clutch from Judith Lieber. Makeup artist Mishi Angello rendered her stunning with a subtle makeup and a hairdo. She was styled by Rao Ali Khan.

Celina Jaitley

Former Bollywood actress and a UN activist for Gender rights, Celine Jaitly was one of the panellists and donned a dark gren colored gown. She looked stunning with a strong beauty game coupled with a dazzling smile.

Ankita Lokhande

The actress who also performed on stage donned a deep red coloured gown looking stunning as she posed for the shutterbugs.
