Always the one to support the social causes, Shraddha Kapoor has never shied away from voicing her opinion about any social issue. This time round, she took to social media to highlight the growing deforestation in Mumbai. She highlighted the fact that a number of trees are being put to rest in order to build flyovers. Commenting on the issue, Shraddha Kapoor stated, "This is truly very very sad. Thousands of trees are being cut down to build new flyovers in Mumbai.”

On the films front, Shraddha Kapoor will soon be seen in the much talked about Haseena- The Queen of Mumbai. Besides Shraddha Kapoor, the film also stars her brother Siddhanth Kapoor. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, Haseena- The Queen of Mumbai is slated to hit the theatres on July 14 this year.
